The Impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance in Telecom sector of Pakistan

Current research was conduct to examine the Impact of Knowledge Management on Organizational Performance in telecom sector of Pakistan. It was hypothesized that Knowledge Management have positive effect on Organizational Performance in telecom sector of Pakistan. Our research shows positive relation between Knowledge Management with Organizational Performance. Analysis data from 250 respondents of upper-manager, middle-managers and personal reported to the questionnaires. Both practical implications and theoretical is discussed, and limitations and future implications are given at the end of this research.
